Stop Service
Please contact the Customer Care Center at 703-335-0500 to request a date for the disconnection of your electric service. You must call at least three business days prior to your preferred day to end service. Service can only end Monday through Friday.
The NOVEC Customer Care Center operates from 7:45 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Please have the following information ready when you call:
- First and last name
- Previous NOVEC Account number, if available
- Service address
- Billing address (if different from service address)
- Phone number
- Email address
- Employer name and city of employer
- Requested disconnection date
